Squires Landing
Northern end of the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay West
The Squire’s landing is Australia’s newest James Squire Brewhouse. Developed in collaboration with renewed hospitality group, Mantle Group, The Squire’s Landing tells the legend of James Squire; a convict of the First Fleet and Australia’s first brewer. Appropriately located at the iconic Sydney Cove at the Northern end of the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay West, sits the mega two storey venue comprising a restaurant and brewhouse complete with freestanding, fully glazed microbrewery overlooking the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.
The Upper deck can be hired out and is perfect for 450 Guests standing. It encompasses the restaurant and 3 x function spaces.

- The Turret Room, an intimate dining space boasting 270 degree views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House which has the capacity to hold Sit-down 50 Guests or 60 Guests standing.

The venue also boasts a more casual pub classic style internal lower deck and forecourt space that is ideal for group bookings weather permitting.

Jackalberry

Inside Jackalberry a wanderer’s haven materialises. Here, guests are transported to a space where curious artefacts, collected from varied far flung corners of the world, ornament the walls, while nomadic types share stories from their diverse escapades. The cocktail menu reads more like a travel itinerary than a list of drinks.
With both Semi Private and Exclusive hire options available Jackalberry is a retreat for the modern day explorer and despite being a hotel bar (attached to the Hyatt Regency Sydney hotel – it has a separate entrance and is trying not to feel like a hotel bar) its sense of adventure has inspired its design aesthetic and its menu.
Bopp & Tone
60 Carrington St, Sydney
Bopp & Tone is the first CBD venture for hospitality group, Applejack. The restaurant and bar inspired from the founders’ grandfathers – Keith ‘Bopp’ Evans and ‘Anthony Tone’ Adams. The venue is a true reflection of the nostalgic and optimistic post WW2 era they lived in. Embodying every day opulence and grandeur, the style is lived-in luxury, with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
The private dining room has been themed by Perrior Jouet’s exquisite signature Champagne Belle Epoque with lavish wooden furnishings, gold details and florals. The room features a large TV screen, a fireplace and adjoining door to the terrace.

Esquire in the Queen Victoria Building is a moody New York style supper club. With an old-world fit-out of oak, leather and parquetry flooring. It’s a moody, dapper backdrop for settling in with a fittingly expansive offering of whisky, cocktails and wine. It’s a beautiful space for long business lunches, group get togethers or a late night catch up. With a modern Australian Menu featuring reimagined comfort food.
