Gift Tasks

Once you purchase your Gift Concierge Pack, you will have a call with our Gift Concierge team to discuss your gifting tasks to be done.

Then, we’ll get to work. We’ll start to curate your gifting service.

As we complete your gifting, we’ll keep you up to date with your gifting task status at every stage.

Curating gifting is our specialty, let us inspire you.

Gift Concierge are masters at planning, organising and making things happen. They are connected to the best suppliers, services and experiences in Australia and abroad, making things happen swiftly and with ease.

Whether you’re celebrating a loved one or offering a professional corporate gifting gesture, we help you find unique gifts for every occasion, leaving a lasting memory – we can do it all, easily.

Occasionally, our members will submit a task request that falls outside the scope of Gift Concierge services (for example, the task requires further research and experience, it is a project and not a viable ‘task’ request). When this happens, we will offer one of our Casual Packs or to quote you on an hourly rate or project fee to complete the task.

Gift Concierge are highly skilled at recommending and coordinating the very best services to get things done for you.

Gift Concierge execute your gifting task request themselves – they arrange the necessary service providers for you eg. gift selection, purchasing, wrapping, delivery of gift.

If your Gift Concierge requires them to leave the office to purchase or collect your gifting solution errand onsite, this will be completed by your Gift Concierge.

All charges and costs incurred as a result of sourcing services and products on your behalf are billed directly to you. Your Gift Concierge will require credit card details for all purchases so you can be charged directly by the supplier. This process allows for transparency of all costs.

Gift Task Credits

Gift Task credits are used for anything you would like us to complete on your gifting to-do list.

Gift5 – Gift curation for up to 5 individual gifts or 1 hamper for upto 10 recipients.
Gift10 – Gift curation for up to 10 individual gifts or 1 hamper for up to 40 recipients.
Gift20 – Gift curation for up to 20 individual gifts for 1 hamper for up to 80 recipients.

If your gift task request requires more time than this (e.g. a bespoke gifting project for a corporate organisation, special occasion or milestone outside of the Gifting Task Packs) we will let you know and with your approval, quote on a bespoke solution.

If you have purchased an annual Optimise membership and you utilise all of your monthly task credits (10 credits are included in your membership, per month), we can deduct the additional task credits from the next month.

If you have purchased a Casual Task Pack (Life5, Life10 and Life20) and you utilise all of your task credits, we can upgrade you to the next level Task Pack or you can purchase an additional Task Pack.

Task credits that haven’t been used at the end of each month will automatically rollover to the next month.

If you have unused task credits at the end of your annual membership period, your credits will become void.

If you decide to cancel your membership early, any unused credits will become void and will not be able to be used.

You have 12 months from the purchase date of your Casual Task Pack to utilise your task credits. If you have unused task credits at the end of that 12 month period, your credits will become void.

Gift Concierge

Our Gift Concierge work standard business hours (9:00am – 6:00pm) Monday – Friday.

You can submit new task requests at any time, but your dedicated Gift Concierge will only be available to work on your requests during standard business hours.

We choose our Gift Concierge carefully and they undertake a rigorous onboarding process when they join our team.

Gift Concierge Task Pack

We offer a range of Gifting Task packs to allow you to get to know the team and experience the positive impact the service has on your life.

Our members select from our Gift5, Gift10, Gift20 or a Bespoke gifting project for corporate solutions and special occasions.

Although this doesn’t happen very often, if for any reason you’d like to cancel your Gifting Pack, simply email concierge@esconcierge.co.

If you choose to cancel, your remaining gifting task credits and unused plan fee will become void.
