Aqua Dining
North Sydney Olympic Pool, Corner Northcliff St & Paul St, Milsons Point

Enjoy contemporary interpretation Italian cuisine from Head Chef and Co-Owner Davide Reeccato, inspired from local produce and dine with unrivalled waterfront views of Sydney Icons – Luna Park, Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.

Private Dining Space: The semi-private areas is located at the harbour end of the main dining room separated from other diners by a dropw down screen.

Bathers Pavilion
4 The Esplanade, Mosman

The Bathers’ Pavilion is an historic building sensitively renovated to modern comfort. The Restaurant at The Bathers’ Pavilion is an impressive affair in a warm setting with impeccable food and service to match the stunning view.  Situated in a striking building on Balmoral Beach, the Restaurant sits on one side of the pavilion while its sister Café is on the other.

Private Dining Spaces: The Good Room is an elegant private dining room capable of partitioning from the main dining room. The Sunroom is a casual private dining space adjoining Bathers’ Bistro. Chef’s Table is a unique semi private experience hosted by the award winning chef Serge Dansereau.

Bentley Restaurant and Bar
Corner Pitt + Hunter Streets, Sydney
The Bentley, move from its original home in Surry Hills to a bigger, grander space at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sydney’s CBD. With its majestic façade and contemporary interior designed by award-winning Melbourne architect Pascale Gomes-McNabb, Bentley Restaurant + Bar found the perfect home.  Bentley is a place where the food could challenge and inspire you, but in a relaxed atmosphere.

China Doll
4/6 Cowper Wharf Roadway, Woolloomooloo

China Doll has long been a dining hotspot for Sydney diners, located on the wharf with water views of Sydney Harbour and a menu that presents a modern take on culinary traditions from China, Hong Kong, Japan and South East Asia.

Private Dining Spaces: The Mezzanine is an L shaped dining space on the second floor featuring floor to ceiling windows overlooking Woolloomooloo wharf. The Vase Room offers semi-private dining on the wharf level of the restaurant opening up to the wharf and main dining area.

Henry Deane
35 Bettington Street, Millers Point

This rooftop bar is the crown jewel of Hotel Palisade and shows off its panoramic 270-degree views over Western Sydney, an impressive list of cocktails, boutique spirits and a sexy menu of share plates.

Private Dining Spaces: Flying Fox on Level 5 is a semi private lounge encased in glass offering ezquisite 360-degree views over the harbour. Dining Chamber on level 4 flooded with natural light boasting views of the newly developed Barangaroo and water views.

Meu Jardim
Skittle Lane, Sydney

Private Dining Spaces:  The Terrazzo offers sparkling waterfront views and sparkling city backdrop. The Mezzanino is a bright open space with bay views. The Rosso is a polished room overlooking the marina below. The Wool Lift is located on the elevated 100-year-old wool lift in the heart of the restaurant.

Pilu at Freshwater
Moore Road, Freshwater

Pilu at Freshwater is renowned for its authentic, contemporary regional Italian cuisine, its accomplished service, and its stellar wine list. With a variety of spaces set to accommodate your group Pilu is stunning example of a space that has become integral to the way of life of the many Sydneysiders.

Private Dining Spaces: The Pilu Pavilion is withing restaurant ground but separate to the main restaurant. The Garden Room has direct access to the terraced garden overlooking Freshwater Beach. The Balcony Room has its own private balcony overlooking the beach.

Public Dining Room
2A The Esplanade, Mosman

Public Dining Room is one of Sydney’s most magical beachside restaurants with an enviable position on the banks of Mosman’s historic Balmoral Baths. Offering casual fine dining in a luxurious but relaxed setting feature fresh local ingredients with global culinary influences.

Private Dining Spaces: The semi private dining room offers an intimate spot separated with a privacy curtain from the main restaurant.

Upper Level, Overseas Passenger Terminal, The Rocks

Quay is one of the country’s most celebrated restaurants and recognised in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.  Quay is the creation of the Fink Group and Executive Chef, Peter Gilmore, it is an immersive dining experience overlooking Sydney Harbour.

Private Dining Space: The Private Dining Room overlooks the Sydney Opera House Featuring an elliptical spotted gum dining table, and walls adorned by overlapping fabric veils referencing the colours of Australian gum leaves on the forest floor. Quay’s Upper Tower offers the most spectacular view of the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and historic Rocks through floor to ceiling glass windows.

Restaurant Hubert
15 Bligh Street, Sydney

The Bonsai Room is tucked away from the main dining area featuring seductive lighting that can be adjusted to suit day or night. The Gidley
Basement, 161 King Street, Sydney

An opulent American-style steakhouse where fine dining meets semi-respectable displays of gluttony.
