The Bathers’ Pavilion is an historic building sensitively renovated to modern comfort. The Restaurant at The Bathers’ Pavilion is an impressive affair in a warm setting with impeccable food and service to match the stunning view. Situated in a striking building on Balmoral Beach, the Restaurant sits on one side of the pavilion while its sister Café is on the other. With the Terrace overlooking Balmoral Beach, and the ability to divide The Room into two smaller rooms, Bathers’ is the ideal venue for a confidential board meeting, brainstorming exercise, exclusive breakfast or lunch or mini conference.

Butchers Daughter

Butchers Daughter uniquely designed venue in Crows Nest is the passion of Founder, Bridget Ditte. Extensive experience in catering and styling, combined with her talented husband Michael, who designed and built the Butchers Daughter’s workshop, commercial kitchen and venue. The venue offers a unique blend of past and present trends in their offering of catering, floristry and an eclectic venue.
The venue can seat 36 guests for a seated dinner or 56 guests for a cocktails reception – or why not host a cooking masterclass with the team at Butchers Daughter.
Nour Restaurant Sydney
3/490 Crown Street, Surry Hill
Nour (meaning ‘Light’ in Arabic) is built on a dream of presenting classic Lebanese flavours in a fresh, exciting way. They take classic Lebanese flavours and playfully tease out their full potential with the use of an unrestricted approach to create food that is vibrant and bold.
The private dining room seats up to 16 guests and boasts an entire glass wall overlooking the restaurant’s decking. The glass doors offer you the opportunity to choose to integrate with the atmosphere of the main restaurant or remain private.

Fred’s is all about honouring and elevating seasonal produce by using both old-world and innovative techniques. Two years in the planning, Fred’s is Merivales farm-to-table platform and home to Californian chef Danielle Alvarez. The 60-seater restaurant has a semi private dining space positioned towards the back of the restaurant, where your guests can observe the precision of the beautiful open plan kitchen.
Hotel Centennial, Woollahra
Originally established to mark the centenary of the foundation of Australia in 1888, Hotel Centennial has long been an icon of eastern suburbs society. After an extensive refurbishment, the Hotel offers a sophisticated new look. The interiors feature an eclectic mixture of furniture, antiques and contemporary art, striking a balance between style and comfort.
The High Table located next to The Oxford Bar is inspired by the original concept of the dining room table seating up to 30 guests for an elegant dining experience.
The Hotel Centennial Apartment with arched windows, high ceilings, a private terrace seats up to 32 guests with menus designed by executive chef Ben Greeno.
Icebergs Dining Room
One Notts Avenue, Bondi Beach
Icebergs dining room is one of Sydney’s finest dining experiences with commanding views of Bondi Beach. Their menu reflects the depth of regional Italian cuisine, whilst proudly working with the best produce that Australia has to offer. The teal and glass dining room offers cushions and hammocks that invite guests to relax and enjoy the uninterrupted views.
The Private room can seat 18 guests for a seated dinner or 30 guests for a cocktail format with an Italian feasting style menu with a tradition of all dishes shared, creating an atmosphere of celebration and participation- a private feast for your enjoyment. Just like Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, the room overlooks breathtaking Bondi Beach and has a private balcony to enjoy along with its own facilities.
Chiswick Woollahra
65 Ocean Street, Woollahra
Nestled in Sydney’s picturesque Woollahra, Chiswick Restaurant with its charming interior, glass-panelled French doors wtih views and working kitchen garden. Menus designed by owner Matt Moran and head chef Tom Haynes, the restaurant has a semi-private dining room that can accommodate up to 40 guests for a sit-down lunch or dinner receptions.
With many ingredients grown outside the window in the garden, the menu is focused to the seasons, the selection is elegant simplicity and perfect for sharing.
The Private Kitchen
Level 3, The Old Rum Store, 2-10 Kensington Street, Chippendale
The Private Kitchen is a bespoke pop-up restaurant designed to showcase visiting interstate and international chefs to Sydney’s private dining and events market.
Located on the third floor of The Old Rum Store, a distinguished old building recently brought back to life in Chippendale’s buzzy Kensington Street, the modern design complements the raw, industrial elements remaining from the original building structure.

Restaurant Hubert
15 Bligh Street, Sydney
Restaurant Hubert is a French Restaurant located in the heart of downtown Sydney. The Huberts team have a strong passion that is evident from the moment you step in the door, that a fine restaurant is as much about the ambiance, good conversation and laughter as it is the quality of the wine and food. Hubert’s soft lighting and warm space along with its French cuisine brings it all together. There are seven spaces including 2 bars, dining rooms and an old-school theatre.

Lotus Galeries is the largest restaurant in the Lotus Dining group with 260 seats. The restaurant is over 700 square metres boasting 5 private dining rooms, ranging in size from 8 persons to up to 40 persons. With a desirable cocktail lounge and a dumpling bar.

Bopp & Tone is the first CBD venture for hospitality group, Applejack. The restaurant and bar inspired from the founders’ grandfathers – Keith ‘Bopp’ Evans and ‘Anthony Tone’ Adams. The venue is a true reflection of the nostalgic and optimistic post WW2 era they lived in. Embodying every day opulence and grandeur, the style is lived-in luxury, with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
The private dining room has been themed by Perrior Jouet’s exquisite signature Champagne Belle Epoque with lavish wooden furnishings, gold details and florals. The room features a large TV screen, a fireplace and adjoining door to the terrace. The exquisting dining room can seat up to 28 guests on one long table.
Pendolino
The Strand Arcade, 100/412-414 George St, Sydney
Located in Sydney’s Historic Strand Arcade, The Restaurant Pendolino is an idyllic location for a private lunch or small meeting. Surrounded by a library of olive oils the L’Olioteca, our private dining room is available for groups ranging from 8 people up to 56. Sound proof panels can be fitted to allow guests to manage the atmosphere of the space. They also have off-site services where we bring the culinary experience of dining in Pendolino to the location of your choosing, from boardroom lunches, store openings and private residence events.

Bennelong showcases the diversity of Australian cuisine within the shell of one of Australia’s most iconic buildings. Celebrated Australian chef Peter Gilmore beautifully curated menu is one of the country’s greatest dining experiences. On the upper tier of the restaurant, this semi private dining space, called The Table seats 10 guests.
Ventuno
21 Hickson Road, Walsh Bay
Ventuno is a modern contemporary Italian eatery set on Sydney’s Harbour in the historical Walsh Bay precinct. The Pizzeria Birreria Enoteca menu of antipasto, pizza, pasta, fine Italian wines and boutique Italian beers promotes a communal dining experience.
This Walsh Bay icon now has a new Private Dining room with tranquil Ssydney water views, seating up to 80 guests for dinner.
Alpha Restaurant and Beta Bar and Gallery
238 Castlereagh Street Sydney
Alpha Restaurant represents a new vision for the Hellenic Club of Sydney. Alpha invites its guests to join in the warmth and generosity of traditional and modern Greek cooking. With a private dining area that allows for privacy and can accommodate groups up to 24 people for a sit-down event. The privacy of this room is perfect for a business lunch, client dinner or intimate family occasion.
Guests can also experience private dining at Beta Bar and Gallery, on level one. Available for lunches and with the private dining menus only. Beta bar can accommodate 20-40 people, while bookings for 40-60 people can be hosted in the spectacular gallery.

Nola Smokehouse & Bar

Nola Smokehouse takes a contemporary approach to vintage flavours from Cajun and Creole cuisines and Southern BBQ in the Barangaroo hot spot, with views overlooking Pyrmont’s Jones Bay Wharf. The restaurants interior is inspired by the colour and character of New Orleans architecture and has been beautifully designed by award-winning firm, Luchetti Krelle.

The Squire’s Landing is Australia’s newest James Squire Brewhouse. Developed in collaboration with renewed hospitality group, Mantle Group, The Squire’s Landing tells the legend of James Squire; a convict of the First Fleet and Australia’s first brewer. The venue is a two storey restaurant and brewhouse with a freestanding, fully glazed microbrewery.
Located within the Squire’s Landing turret, the Tower Room seating up to 50 guests for dinner boasts 270 degree views of the Sydmey Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House.
O Bar and Dining

China Doll has long been a dining hotspot for Sydney diners, located on the wharf with water views of Sydney Harbour and a menu that presents a modern take on culinary traditions from China, Hong Kong, Japan and South East Asia.
Private dining on the Mezzanine – the Mezzanine is an L shaped dining space on the second floor of the restaurant, with floor to ceiling winders overlooking Woolloomoolloo wharf and seats up to 40 guests for dinner or 50 guests for coctail reception.
