W Hotels has announced they’re building W Sydney, a uber luxe hotel on the old site of the IMAX theatre in Darling Harbour. It will be the third W hotel in Australia, featuring a collection of 593 stylish guestrooms, suites and serviced apartments. The hotel will also feature a wet deck, the brand’s iconic pool deck with views of Darling Harbour.
The Ritz Carlton Perth

The world’s 100th Ritz-Carlton opened in November 2020 at Elizabeth Quay in Perth, marking return of the luxury brand to Australia. The 5-Star Ritz Carlton hotel offers sweeping views of the Swan River and Perth skyline from its 205 guest rooms and suites.
The Hotel features a Rooftop bar, signature restaurant Hearth showcasing fresh, local ingredients and small-scale executive meetings to the Elizabeth Quay Ballroom seating 400 guests.
Samphire Rottnest

Samphire Rottnest launched in October 2020. Embracing the essence of the island, Samphire Rottnest is named after the native samphire plants found on the Island. The W Hotel Melbourne

The new luxury W Hotel in Melbourne opened with great excitement in February 2021 with 294 guest rooms, including a 15th floor presidential suite overlooking the Yarra. The Hotel features five restaurants and bars and a gold-rooftop indoor pool with poolside bar and DJ booth.

The Hilton Hotels have returned to Melbourne with the opening of the Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street property in the city’s CBD. Located on the corner of Bourke Street and Queen Street, the 244 room and suite hotel resides within the city’s 1930 built and heritage listed Equity Chambers.
Facilities include the signature Luci restaurant and bar with a modern Australian menu with touches of European traditions and The Douglas Club, a stylish and classic cocktail bar. Host an event or meeting in one of their five meeting rooms.
Sofitel Adelaide

The opening of the Sofitel Adelaide in the middle of 2021 will bring the first internationally recognised five-star hotel to be built in Adelaide in 30 years. Comprising of 24 storeys with 251 guest rooms and suites, the Hotel located in the heart of Adelaide will be a short walking distance from the iconic Adelaide oval and the Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The restaurant, Garcon Bleu will be french inspired blendy flavours of France with locally soured produce.

The opening of Eos by SkyCity in late 2020 as part of the SkyCity Entertainment Groups expansion of Adelaide Casino expansion. JW Marriott Gold Coast

JW Marriott unveiled its first Australian hotel on the Gold Coast in December 2020, after a $35 millon renovation and rebrand of the former Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa. The hotel has undergone a complete transformation bringing to the Gold Coast a new level of luxury with the JW Brand.
The JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa has 223 rooms and suites offering expansive ocean or hinterland views, six new eateries and bars including a Japanese whisky bar, lobby loung and bar, pool bar and a signature JW marketplace, and feature restaurants Critique and Misono.
Conferencing or hosting an event at the JW Marriott, choose from nine unique conference and event venues, accommodating up to 800 guests.
The Langham Gold Coast
The Langham, Gold Coast luxury Resort is due to open at the end of 2021 with 169 rooms and suites, along with 170 serviced apartments in the Jewel Residences by The Langham. The hotel and apartments will take residence on the beachfront at Surfers Paradise.
The hotel will bring a range of new dining experiences to Surfers Paradise, including signature Cantoneses restaurant T’ang Court, and lavish afternoon teas in Palm Court which which will be modelled after its namesake in London.
Guests will enjoy wellness withs Chuan Spa offering treatments inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) philosophies in a tranquil, meditative setting in one of the seven treatment rooms, a health and beauty centre, a fully equipped fitness centre, indoor free form and outdoor swimming pool.
The Langham, will showcase a 700 square metre ballroom with an additional four meeting rooms.
