ARIA Spring

During the months of September, October and November, ARIA Sydney will be hosting a series of Spring Wine Dinners in the ARIA Kitchen Table. The Kitchen Table is an elegant and private space that overlooks the ARIA Kitchen. Guests are privy to the theatrical elements in this purpose built chef’s table, which offers the guests an exclusive in-kitchen dining experience.

Guests will dine on a five course dinner, designed by Matt Moran and head chef Ben Turner with each dinner hosted by one of ARIA’s sommeliers. Each month we will feature an Australian region, with guests being guided through the wine pairing for each course, which feature wines exclusive to the ARIA wine list.

Available Monday to Sunday for dinner for a minimum of six and maximum of eight guests.
$210.00 per person for five courses including matched wines, coffee and petit fours.
