WINE EXPLORATION – an immersion into the spectacular story and produce. This experience includes a tour of the Jackalope art collection and a tasting in Flaggerdoot of back vintages or current blending options, along with current release estate wines and lunch in Rare Hare.
ESTATE TASTING – a vinous journey across the vineyards, including very limited single block wines and occasional museum releases.
MARTINI TASTING – gather in Flaggerdoot for a martini tasting. The bartending team will shake up a collection of martinis that are sure to impress. The talented bar team will share the contrasting styles, flavour notes and serving recommendations.
RARE HARE COOKIE-MAKING CLASS – if you’ve dined at Rare Hare, you’ve probably finished with one of their iconic wood-fired choc chip cookies. Now is your chance to make and bake it, yourself.
MORNING YOGA – win the morning, win the day, with a restorative yoga session overlooking the rolling vines. Dust of last night’s good times then meander over to the spa or sauna to superset the unwind.

Rare Hare is available for exclusive events from Monday – Thursday evenings for up to 80 guests from 6pm – 10pm.

Rare Hare boasts indoor and outdoor dining overlooking the vine-laced hills and across to Jackalope Hotel’s striking silhouette. The Executive Chef crafts seasonal dishes highlighting the finest produce with a good sense of curiosity and brings a tempting balance of heat, acidity, depth of flavour and texture to each plate.
The minimum spend for Rare Hare exclusive event of $8,000 from Monday – Thursday with packages from $200 per person, inclusive of the seasonal Hare Share menu and 4-hour beverage package.
