French-born chef Guillaume Brahimi, will open his new Restaurant Guillaume on 2 August in the historic site of Darcy’s in Paddington, in the city’s eastern suburbs.

The restaurant  will offer a classic french menu that reflects Brahimi’s approach of high-quality, produce-driven dining.  The last few months have seen  Number 92 Hargrave Street completely transformed from its historic dark paneled interior to a light, bright and airy interior with beautiful fabrics and wallpaper from chic French design house Pierre Frey, whilst the exterior has been updated in shades of grey and blue.

The restaurant tables will be adorned in linen with Mud Australia tableware in pastel hues.  Kevin Solomon, ex Tetsuya’s, est. who has worked with Brahimi for almost six years has appointed as head chef of the new restaurant and Chris Morrison is returning as head sommelier to deliver a contemporary wine list for this exciting new venture.

The Restaurant opening on Saturday 2 August is now taking reservations on 02 9302 5222 or email reservations@guillaumes.com.au.
