Tower Lodge is a standout property with its Spanish-style architecture and rustic-refined interiors ideally suited to the region’s warm summers and cool winters. There’s an easy vibe when stay at the Lodge, where food and wine are central to the experience. The team draws inspiration from the diverse regional produce and wines sourced fresh from local suppliers as well as from the Hope Estate family’s own farm and kitchen garden.

Each of Tower Lodge’s generously proportioned 14 suites is individually styled with soaring ceilings, grand king beds, luxury ensuite bathrooms, lounging areas and bespoke artwork. Several suites also feature open fireplaces, while the expansive premium Tower Suite boasts a rooftop hot tub, plus a separate living room and a c1550 four-poster bed from Rajasthan.

The property is centred around a warm terracotta plaza, while a striking stucco tower sets a distinctive Spanish tone to the property. A satellite pool, sauna and gardens offer guests options to leisurely explore the Hunter’s countryside, which comes complete with kangaroos appearing at sunrise and sunset to welcome and farewell the day.

Dining at Tower Lodge is designed to mirror the Hunter Valley’s intrinsic connection with food and wine with seasonal menus prepared by Hope Estate Group Executive Chef Anthony Fullerton. Anthony is committed to working with local, independant producers, small famers and growers, as well as produce from the Tower Lodge kitchen garden and the Hope Family’s own Black Angus farm.

Tower Lodge offers an all-inclusive Retreat that is perfect for corporate retreats with overnight accommodation for 14 guests and 3 event & meeting spaces.
