Bathers Pavilion
4 The Esplanade, Mosman
The Bathers’ Pavilion is an historic building sensitively renovated to modern comfort. The Restaurant at The Bathers’ Pavilion is an impressive affair in a warm setting with impeccable food and service to match the stunning view. Situated in a striking building on Balmoral Beach, the Restaurant sits on one side of the pavilion while its sister Café is on the other.
Private Dining Spaces: The Good Room is an elegant private dining room capable of partitioning from the main dining room. The Sunroom is a casual private dining space adjoining Bathers’ Bistro. Chef’s Table is a unique semi private experience hosted by the award winning chef Serge Dansereau.

Bentley Restaurant and Bar
Corner Pitt + Hunter Streets, Sydney
The Bentley, move from its original home in Surry Hills to a bigger, grander space at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sydney’s CBD. China Doll has long been a dining hotspot for Sydney diners, located on the wharf with water views of Sydney Harbour and a menu that presents a modern take on culinary traditions from China, Hong Kong, Japan and South East Asia.
Private Dining Spaces: The Mezzanine is an L shaped dining space on the second floor featuring floor to ceiling windows overlooking Woolloomooloo wharf. The Vase Room offers semi-private dining on the wharf level of the restaurant opening up to the wharf and main dining area.

Private Dining Spaces: The Pilu Pavilion is withing restaurant ground but separate to the main restaurant. The Garden Room has direct access to the terraced garden overlooking Freshwater Beach. The Balcony Room has its own private balcony overlooking the beach.
