Adina Hotel, 171 George Street, Brisbane
Donna Chang located in a 1920s-era bank is part of Ghanem Group’s diverse portfolio of restaurants and bars, which includes Blackbird Bar & Grill, Byblos and Lord of the Wings.  The former bank features high ceilings with intricate carvings, light and spacious fit-out, with hanging chandeliers, pastel colours and greenery.  Enjoy a menu of starters that include stir-fried egg noodles with lobster and XO sauce.
