Whether you are searching for a unique gift or planning for an escape, we have two new adventures to share with our members that are for building memories.
Award-winning chef Sean Moran’s invites you to experience life behind his famous restaurant Sean’s Panorama in North Bondi (across from the iconic Bondi Beach).
His love of fresh produce is evident in his ever-changing menu, much of it sourced from his Blue Mountains farm Panaroma.
And so was born a unique bed-and-breakfast, Farm Panorama Farm Stay, located in the heart of the Bilpin mountains on 50 picturesque acres. Filled with sheep, cattle, pigs and chickens laying fresh eggs for breakfast, rows of fruit trees and garden fresh herbs.
Sitting on the verandah that wraps around Moran’s home, you will be served items like yabbies on toast with native finger limes, goat’s curd ravioli with rainbow chard and leeks, and a rolled suckling pig roasted around peach wood with fennel, kumera and pine mushrooms; are just a few.
Sean’s ‘Farm Panoroma’ is also available to host bespoke events – for up to 200 people.
Weekday rates (Sun – Thur) – $350 per night for 2 people
Friday Night – $350 per night for 2 people
Saturday Night – $350 per night for 2 people
Rates based on 2 guests, the property has 3 beds and sleeps a maximum of 6 people
