Chancery Lane has been designed to accomodate seated lunches and dinners for up to 40 guests and stand up receptions for up to 70 guests. The Chandelier Room seats a maximum of 10 guests – The Archways Room seats a maximum of 18 guests and The Cellar Room seats a maximum of 12 guests.

This wildy popular supper club Enter Via Laundry evolves into an intimate 20-seat diner. Diners are instructed to come through the back gate down a quiet Carlton laneway. Helly Raichura appeared in Masterchef 2020, and during lockdown she offered in-home banqets that focused on a different Indian region each week. Helly has remained clear in her vision to change the way people think about Indian food. Details of the menu is available on the day and is not disclosed at booking. The food at EVL is immersed in Indian culture and is ingrained in the belief that native produce, ancient techniques and recipes are the birthplace of all food, and continues to evolve with new influences.

Farmer’s Daughters offers a unique approach to provenance-based cuisine with three levels to explore. The 80 Collins Street precinct will take guests on a seasonal journey from Melbourne city to the rolling mountains, rivers and beaches of the region.
Ground floor deli – offers a seamless mix of casual dining and produce retail, bringing Gippsland direct to the heart of the Melbourne CBD. Third floor – the Rooftop Bar has been inspired by green spaces of regional Victoria, and includes a greenhosue and herb garden. Second floor – The Restaurant, where the food concept is a formal interpretation of the Gippsland offering. The open kitchen centres on their bespoke ‘campfire kitchen’ fueled by charcoal and wood, bringing a rustic and elegant desigh with a quintessential Australian regional cooking style to the city.
The restaurant can be hired exclusively for up to 45 guests. The Rooftop can also be hired exclusively for up to 40 guests for a seated event or up to 70 guests for a standing reception.

Stepping into the elegant dining room ont he ground floor of Cavendish House, a Chicago style 1920’s building on Russell St in the CBD. Reimagined by Andrew McConnell and Acme & Co, this is a dining precinct for all seasons from casual catch ups at the bar to intimate booth dining and an elegant dining stage. The menu reflects their love of European flavours and traditions, and contemporary techniques that hero Australian produce. The wood-fired oven is the centrepiece of the kitchen with an a la carte menu of Skull Island prawns, roasted Eugowra Chicken and premium cuts of dry-aged beef.

Each month, the bar will spotlight different chablis producers, vintages and appellations, and offer diners the chance to try different styles side by side.

Combine the dining rooms for 60 guests overlooking the Paris end of Collins Street. The Green Room seats up to 20 guests with its centrepiece of the Maestro kitchen with your own private chef and sommerlier.
