2025 Season is on the horizon!

Set on Mrs Macquaries Point, before a backdrop that spans the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge and Sydney skyline, Westpac OpenAir is a stunning celebration of film, food and Sydney lifestyle.

This summer three of Sydney’s leading chefs will present their take on the perfect summer menu. Choose from Italian, Vietnamese or high-end bistro, as well a mouth-watering list of cocktails, champagnes, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.

Luke Nguyen will serve up a tantalising Vietamese fusion menu at The Point for GA guests.
McComas-Williams of Fabbrica will reach for your Italian heart in the Chandon Garden.
Danielle Alvarez, will present an extraordinary Mediterranian inspired menu in Summer House.

At dusk, the giant three-storey cinema screen rises over the harbour, marking the start of an unforgettable cinema experience with Dolby digital surround sound and 4K projection.

With premieres, blockbusters, art-house films and classics, Westpac OpenAir offers something for every film lover.

Chef Luke Nguyen, acclaimed Australian chef and restaurateur, began his culinary journey in a Thai refugee camp, later earning acclaim for his expertise in Vietnamese cuisine. Co-founding Red Lantern and serving as Head Chef for Botanic House, Luke’s influence extends to hosting revered cooking shows and penning bestselling cookbooks. His philosophy centres on fresh, accessible, and vibrant Vietnamese cuisine. He believes in the power of simple, high-quality ingredients to bring out bold, authentic flavours.


Scott McComas-Williams, the driving force behind Fabbrica, is a chef celebrated for his innovative approach to Italian cuisine. His philosophy of combining fresh, locally sourced ingredients with modern culinary techniques has set new standards in the industry. Scott’s ability to reimagine and elevate traditional Italian dishes while maintaining their authentic essence has earned him accolades and a loyal following in Sydney’s vibrant food scene. 


Revered chef Danielle Alvarez has crafted an exclusive menu for our premium dining experience. Renowned for her mastery of seasonal, responsibly sourced ingredients, Danielle will curate a fresh menu that uses the best in local produce. Perched on a raised deck with stunning views of Sydney Harbour and sheltered from the elements, Summer House Dining provides guests with the ultimate premium restaurant experience. Sit back and revel in the breathtaking vistas and summer house vibe as you enjoy full table service. You’ll experience a beautiful menu created by Danielle, alongside fine wines and custom cocktails.
