Indulge in the ultimate Italian culinary experience with our immersive cooking class. Sit back and watch Luca and learn how to prepare a range of dishes – with some encouraged to join him in the kitchen for some hands-on elements if you wish! The recipes Chef Luca will be demonstrating on the day are:

  • · Carasau bread, nduja whipped ricotta, blistered cherry tomato, fresh oregano.
  • · Casarecce pasta, rocket, and basil pesto, parmigiano reggiano, truffle oil.
  • · Canestrelli biscuit.

About:
Luca grew up in a household filled with prosciutto, salami, Parmigiano Reggiano from his father’s business and with his mum constantly cooking. His passion for eating, naturally led him to the creativity of the kitchen, and eventually he brought his talent to Australia at Ex Balla, Spiedo, The Apollo and Mimi’s. Luca has worked closely with Ozharvest and now enjoys sharing his culinary experience as a private chef all over the Sydney region, catering for private events.

For Joe, this is about family. And when it comes to food it is about simplicity; not too many flavours, lots of fresh ingredients, long tables, sharing platters and good extra virgin olive oil.

Join us for this celebration Harvest Dinner hosted by Matteo Grilli, Joe’s son, and General Manager of Primo Estate – to launch the new season JOSEPH First Run Extra Virgin Olive Oil – the freshest oil of the new season. As the name suggests, this is the very first run of oil from the pressing of the harvest’s early crop. The yield per tonne is low, but the olive fruit characters are at their most intense.

In this Spring Entertaining class, Lucy will share four of her best vegetarian recipes plus all the glamorous tips and tricks that help take the chore out of weekday cooking – for maximum effect – all while loving what you do. Enjoy a glass of bubbles on arrival plus a selection of the best wines from our Wine Store throughout the class. The dishes Lucy will demonstrate are:
