Join us for this celebration Harvest Dinner hosted by Matteo Grilli, Joe’s son, and General Manager of Primo Estate – to launch the new season JOSEPH First Run Extra Virgin Olive Oil – the freshest oil of the new season. As the name suggests, this is the very first run of oil from the pressing of the harvest’s early crop. The yield per tonne is low, but the olive fruit characters are at their most intense.

Harvest Dinner includes:

In this Spring Entertaining class, Lucy will share four of her best vegetarian recipes plus all the glamorous tips and tricks that help take the chore out of weekday cooking – for maximum effect – all while loving what you do. Enjoy a glass of bubbles on arrival plus a selection of the best wines from our Wine Store throughout the class. The dishes Lucy will demonstrate are:

  • Asparagus, parmy, lemon, crumb
  • Supergreens Gnudi
  • Lychee and Lemon Sgroppino


Lucy is the author and creative behind the ‘Every Night Of The Week’ franchise. She invites everybody to enjoy cooking by keeping her recipes simple yet diverse. Lucy is a creative stylist, with an exceptional ability to turn imaginative visions into tangible results. Lucy co-founded a collaborative studio that specialises in styling diverse portfolios across industries such as food, lifestyle, and events. Lucy has made her mark in the industry by styling extraordinary events, including Oprah Winfrey’s unforgettable ‘Welcome to Sydney’ party. As a freelance professional, Lucy continues to collaborate with an array of esteemed clients and was recently seen on Adam Liaw’s The Cook Up.

All attendees will receive tastings of each dish prepared, matched with the best wines, and receive copies of all recipes.
