The luxury boutique hotel was originally developed in 1890 as the Moss Vale council chambers and mayoral residence, it has had various incarnations as both a private home and commercial premises from 1971 onwards.
Guided by a dream of creating a beautiful home away from home for travellers and explorers, owner and long-term resident of the Southern Highlands Louella Grattan-Smith worked in close collaboration with a group of talented and like-minded creatives to bring to life the beauty of Moss Manor.
The Hotel provides 8 guest suites, each room has a marble suite with heated floors and has been individually decorated with antiques and fabrics that have been sourced over a lifetime; from Italian fringing to Lauren linen.
