Make the Gin Lab yours for the Night (or the day).
Sitting at the centre of the Four Pillars Laboratory is Eileen’s Bar, a juniper blue concrete bar surrounded by banquette seating and cosy tables with dark timber and cork finishes. With a capacity for up to 50 guests for a seated event for 100 guests standing and available for exclusive hire.
The Gin Lab is a semi private area, offering a range of experiences for upto 20 guests for a seated event or 40 guests standing.

GIN WORKSHOP
Duration: 60 – 70 minutes

In this session, you’ll learn about the Four Pillars story, where it all began in the Yarra Valley, hear a bit of gin history and taste some of the signature gins Four Pillars have created over the years.
This experience includes:
- Gin drink on arrival
- Guided tasting through Four Pillar’s signature gins
- Bar snack from Four Pillars made from the Gin range
COCKTAIL WORKSHOP
Duration: 60 – 70 minutes
$115 per person
In this session, the Four Pillars team will take you through some tricks of the trade, showing you how to make a few of their favourite gin drinks. Then the team will hand the tools over to you to get shaking and stirring.
This experience includes:
- Gin drink on arrival
- Hands on cocktail class, making two cocktails
- Bar snacks feature Four Pillars’ Made from Gin rage
