Signature Sculpt program will feature signature body-sculpting Fluidform at Home workouts designed to strengthen and sculpt your body. The workout program is supported by a 21-day meal plan, which focuses on cleansing, detoxifying and nourishing your body to achieve results.

The program is suitable for beginners through to advanced clients.

WORKOUTS

Embark on a 21-day calendar of Fluidform at Home workouts. Featuring a variety of workouts between 20 – 50 minutes, effective and achievable from home, ora anywhere in the world.

Each workout targets a different area of the body to achieve a total body tone and transformation. This challenge will focus on:

NUTRITION

Embark on a 21-day Meal Plan by a certified nutritionist. Enjoy a variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes with a focus on meal preparation and efficiency, fresh and simple ingredients.
