Chef Nelly Robinson is the owner and leads the team at NEL. Stemming from the UK and having worked in Michelin starred restaurants he brings the quality and class he’s learnt from afar and matches it with his big kid mentality to create menus that are whimsical, gastronic and above all delicious.

NEL restaurant is set in a bunker-esque environment in Surry Hills that offers a relaxed, intimate entertaining space that will take you on a culinary journey like no other. With an ever-changing 11 course degustation theme it keeps guests intrigued and ocming back for more. NEL is fine dining, but with a playful twist.
