Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, acclaimed for its unparalled dining experience, announces its first collaboration with Yacht Society and the Sirenuse Super Charter. This innovative partnership marks the first exclusive fine dining experience on board the luxurious Sirenuse super yacht, and Icebergs first luxury yachting partnership, setting sail just in time for the Summer Season.

The collaboration was born from a conversation between Alex Prichard, the Head Chef behind Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, and Yacht Society, Director, Bianca Fick.

“Having done several charity auction prizes on yachts over the years, it always amazed me that, so few restauranteurs had ever gone afloat. Icebergs is the closest thing you can get to actually being on a yacht; if you threw a motor on the back, we would be one. The beauty and challenges of being on the ocean are so familiar to us that being able to set sail only seemed like the next logical step for our guests.” Food and beverage will follow the same brief Icebergs always had, with menus curated to be enjoyed at or by the sea, like Crudo Piatti, Spuntino of Scampi Tartlets, Spaghetti Vongole, and Yuzucello Pavlova.
