The first quarter of the working year is a key time for our clients to get out of the city; and to bring together the leadership team together to strategise the short term and long range goals for the business year. When kicking off the planning discussion and establishing the goals of the retreats, we have seen a common thread of the desire to take teams to locations that will open their minds to learning and connecting with colleagues.
