This July, The International, together with Shell House, The Dolphin and Harry’s, presents Winter of Whisky – a month-long celebration of world-class whiskey, signature cocktails, flame-led dining, live music and cosy winter evenings.

Inspired by the culture and rituals surrounding great whiskey, the curated programme features bespoke cocktails, one-night-only dining experiences, DJ sets, after-dark events and daily happy hour specials across all four venues.

The Grill

Short on time but still after an exceptional meal? Head to The Grill for its Quick Fire Winter Menu – a premium dining experience designed to be enjoyed in under an hour. For $69, enjoy warm sourdough with cultured butter, seasonal snacks and your choice of steak or fish, with the option to upgrade to lobster for an additional $30.

Chiswick Woollahra

Enjoy the new Chiswick Woollahra Lasagne Series this winter – six Sunday evenings celebrating one of Italy’s most-loved comfort dishes. Each week, a different guest chef presents their own take on lasagne, with a $55 set menu including garlic and herb focaccia, the lasagne of the week, seasonal salad and tiramisu. The perfect excuse for a cosy Sunday dinner.

The James

Celebrate truffle season with a one-night-only Truffle Dinner at The James, thoughtfully curated by Head Chef Omar. Available on Tuesday 14 July from 5:30pm, the $105 four-course set menu showcases winter’s most prized ingredient, with classic and premium wine pairings available to complete the experience.
