An additional Saturday lunch service will be offered this Valentine’s Day — an invitation to slow down and share the table with someone special. As sunlight filters through the dining room, the day unfolds over thoughtful dishes, well-chosen bottles and easy conversation.
For lunch, a special rock lobster spaghetti will be available alongside the à la carte menu. Port Phillip Bay rock lobster forms the base of a rich stock, seasoned with tomatoes, fennel and the aromatic notes of tarragon and parsley. Finished as a generous sauce with pieces of lobster and topped with roasted cherry tomatoes, the dish is designed for two to share.
For dinner, guests are invited to enjoy a curated Chef’s Selection Menu.
