This challenge combines at home Reformer Pilates with Fluidform Mat Pilates for a balanced and results-based program. You will impove your strength, coordination and confidence both on the Mat and Reformer. Experience a total body workout that improves your core strength, joint mobility and postural imbalances. This program will show you how you can achieve in-studio results at home, guiding you through a program of safe and effective Reformer workouts.
