The Brief
A three tiered gifing portfolio to represent the four branding pillars of their clients located around Australia. The gift needed to be luxurious, be able to be transported to all major cities in Australia and not be able to be purchase instore or online.
The Collaborators
The pillars were representation of sensory experiences and combined with their values of family and food, the Essential Solutions team collaborated with one of Australia’s leading Chefs and restaurant to design a gift that would be remembered for years to come.
The Solution
Essential Solutions worked closely with the chef and his team to curate a gift that from tier 1, 2 & 3 were completely unique and outstanding in their own right for the recipient. The chef selected his favourite recipe from his latest cookbook and supplied ingredients such as Valrhona chocolate, the tart tin to make the dish in & his favourite wine then we layered the gift depending on the recipient with truffles made by the chefs pastry team, his favourite champagne through to vouchers to enjoy an evening in his restaurant.
We sourced the perfect box that would fit with the quality of our client, would hold all the items and would travel well and be delivered looking immaculate as it did when leaving the restaurant.
ESSENTIAL SOLUTIONS GIFTING CONCIERGE – End of Year Staff Gifting

The Brief
A curated gift catalogue for the staff to select their gift. Staff members to select their gift for them to arrive all on the same day, wrapped and tagged for each staff member and placed on their desk on the designated date with an office breakfast activation to celebrate the year.

The Solution
Essential Solutions prepared a tailored catalogue of gifts all within the designated budget for the staff ato select the thing they loved. The gift catalogue was prepared in categories of guys, gals, technology, experience and vouchers. Our client provided the list of gift selections to our team, the gifts were ordered, delivered to our office, personally wrapped and tagged ready for our delivery day.
In preparation for delivery day, we arrived at our clients office at end end of business the evening prior to strategically place all of the gifts on each staff members desk for the suprise breakfast and gifting the next morning. Delivery day we had a team breakfast and coffee set up for to welcome everyone to the office for a day of celebration with the gift of ‘thank you’ on their desk, a delicious breakfast, juices and coffee to set the tone for a great day and how important their contribution to the business has been over the year.
